Meet Bec
From Registered Nurse to Homeopath, and a passion for supporting families naturallyHi, I'm Bec, founder of Spirited Health & Homeopathy.
I'm a registered homeopath, a mum and I am passionate about helping individuals and families explore a more holistic approach to their health and wellbeing. If you’ve ever felt like there must be more to supporting your health and your family’s wellbeing than simply managing symptoms, you’re in the right place.
My journey into natural health began long before I became a homeopath. I spent 10 years working as a Registered Nurse, graduating with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2012 and gaining experience across a range of specialties, including adult and paediatric emergency, trauma, orthopaedics, high dependency and acute care. I also trained as a melanographer in skin cancer. My nursing career gave me valuable experience working with people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. It taught me about the human body, healthcare, the importance of listening and the responsibility that comes with caring for others. But as my own life began to change, so did my perspective on health.
In 2021, my focus shifted from my nursing career to raising a family of my own. Becoming a mum encouraged me to look more deeply into how I wanted to approach health and wellbeing within my family. I wanted to give my children strong foundations. I wanted to understand more about prevention, supporting the body and the different options available to us. I began exploring alternatives and complementary approaches to the conventional medical system, and I found myself drawn more and more towards natural health.
What started as a personal interest quickly grew into a passion. I began learning, researching and exploring homeopathy, and the more I discovered, the more I wanted to share this knowledge with other families. Eventually, this led me to graduate from RMDY Academy as an Advanced Practitioner of Homeopathy and pursue my work as a registered homeopath.
I believe people deserve to feel informed, heard and empowered when making decisions about their health. I want to help bridge the gap between understanding conventional healthcare and exploring complementary approaches, so that families feel more confident asking questions, understanding their options and taking an active role in their wellbeing.
Homeopathy is an area I'm deeply passionate about, and I believe it can be a valuable complementary practice for people who are interested in exploring it.
My approach is centred around getting to know you — your experiences, your health concerns, your family and the things that matter most to you.
Whether you're a parent wanting to learn more about holistic health, someone navigating ongoing health concerns, or simply curious about how homeopathy may fit into your wellbeing journey, I’m here to support you with education, understanding and a personalised approach.
